The 4 Baes Jumps Experience

Welcome to 4 Baes Jumps, where fitness meets passion and dedication! Founded and led by Kelly Luciano, a CanFitPro certified trainer with a Canfit certified in youth fitness, 4 Baes Jumps is a place for everyone, no matter your fitness level. Named after Kelly’s four children, the studio offers personalized fitness programs designed to help you not only meet but surpass your fitness goals.
At 4 Baes Jumps, we offer a variety of classes, including small group training, one-on-one coaching, youth club training , rep club training, school programs, and more! Each session is tailored to your unique needs—whether you’re a beginner just starting out or an elite athlete looking to fine-tune your skills. While our programs emphasize jump rope training, we cater to individuals by focusing on the movements and exercises that will benefit them most. Jump Rope is NOT a main component in small group classes.
But for our youth club participants, we dive deep into jump rope skills, including double unders, crosses, consecutive crosses, one-leg jumps, long rope techniques, and fancy footwork. We’ve proudly worked with a wide range of athletes across Halton, from those just starting their fitness journey to those pushing the limits at the highest levels.

Whether you’re at the beginning of your fitness journey, you’re an elite athlete or you’re looking for a form of cross training for your sports club, 4 Baes Jumps offers a variety of training. At 4 Baes Jumps, we specialize in Jump Rope training and integrate it into all of our programs. Jump rope helps athletes and individuals build skills such as cardiovascular training, agility, balance, muscle conditioning, coordination and the stretch-shortening cycle (SSC.) Jumping rope increases heart rate, gets blood moving throughout the body, burns calories and develops the foot speed/athletic qualities that many strive for. In these dynamic workouts we incorporate not only jump rope but plyometrics, strength training and personal fitness programs to suit all fitness levels. Jump Rope Training is for all fitness levels from beginner to elite so don’t hesitate, jump in!
